Tracy M. de Lemos is a partner at Sharma Eminent Domain Lawyers. Tracy’s practice focuses on representing both property and business owners in eminent domain disputes. Tracy also has experience representing governmental agencies and other condemning authorities on large-scale projects throughout the state of Florida. She is experienced in evaluating complex eminent domain matters, including advising clients of their rights under the Uniform Relocation Assistance Act.
Tracy attended the Florida State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Marketing, graduating with honors. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she graduated in the top 5% of her class and received the Order of the Coif. While a student at UF Law, Tracy was a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy. She received Book Awards (highest grade) in Payment Systems, Fiduciary Administration, and Business Organizations.
Tracy is an active member of the Central Florida Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (“CREW”) and currently serves on its Board of Directors as Director of Sponsorship. In addition to her involvement in CREW, Tracy previously served on the Board of Trustees for the Winter Park Public Library.
Tracy is admitted to practice in the Middle, Northern, and Southern U.S. District Courts of Florida and all Florida State Courts.
