“Road Projects affect us all.  FDOT is closing the I-4 ramp from Universal Boulevard.  Before construction of these projects, the government needs to acquire private property needed and under Florida law must pay fair market value for that property.  We represent owners to make sure they get paid what they are entitled under the law.
