Ivonne is a partner at the firm and an accomplished real estate and eminent domain lawyer. During her twenty year career, she has represented both private landowners and condemning authorities alike. She has served as a negotiator and property acquisition specialist for numerous condemning authorities. Her expertise is in transactional real estate and title examination, having handled hundreds of residential and commercial transactions during her career.

Ivonne was born and raised in Miami, Florida and is a first generation Cuban-American. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Education in 1990, she established and managed a preschool center before continuing her education in law. She started her law career working for the Florida Department of Transportation in 1996. In 2007, she moved to the Central Florida area with her husband and pets. She is an avid Miami Dolphins fan.
