Nice letter to receive (see below) after completing an I-4 eminent domain taking case off Turkey Lake Road. The case was referred to us by a national leader in Eminent Domain for one of his most important clients. While this was not a substantial case (approx. $500K), it was a great result for what was acquired and cleared the way for the developer to move forward with his project – something of real world value to our client.
